Prenatal Massage Package...$350

This package includes 5-60 minute prenatal massages and we recommend spacing them throughout your pregnancy, while saving one for after delivery. Our skilled massage therapists have helped many expectant mothers through their pregnancy and recovery process. If you have purchased this Prenatal Massage Package but would like to come in more frequently than the 5 sessions any additional 60 minute sessions can be added to this package for $65. This discount allows you to truly use these sessions as you need them. 

 Prenatal Massage focuses on the mother-to-be as she goes through the changes due to pregnancy. This is not a replacement for medical care, but rather acts as an aid in the health and rapid recovery of the mother. Certified therapists will focus treatments on the concerns of each trimester. After the mother has given birth, treatment will assist in restoring the body back to its normal condition. Prenatal massage may also help reduce and/or eliminate excess water retention. Prenatal Massage is not always recommended to be performed during the first trimester or during a high-risk pregnancy. (Doctor's consent is preferred under these two circumstances.) If you have any concerns about starting a massage or bodywork routine during your PREGNANCY, we encourage you to consult with your doctor prior to your initial session.
